ふるーる

ふるーるはスーリールによって運営されている就労継続支援B型事業所です。
就労継続支援とは「一般企業に雇用されることが困難であって、雇用契約に基づく就労が困難である者に対して、就労の機会の提供及び生産活動の機会の提供を行います。（厚生労働省）」とされています。

日本国内の障害者総数（令和２年：厚生労働省）は964万人（人口の約8％）。就労継続支援B型の利用者は総数は27万人です。
特別支援学校の卒業生年間2万2千人のうち、一般企業へ就職が7千200人、就労系福祉支援サービス7千人を含む障害福祉サービスが1万3千人、進学が700人になっています。
